36. Mercury used as a cathode sputtering inhibitor in DC plasma displays with a content up to 30 mg per display until 1 July 2010. 2010年7月1日前直流等離子顯示器中陰極濺射抑制劑中的汞，其含量不得超過(guò)30毫克/顯示器

此前，在6月5日，歐盟還刊登了2009/428/EC，從2011年1月1日起，將原豁免的第22點(diǎn)“光纖通訊系統稀土鐵石榴石法拉第旋轉器中作為雜質(zhì)的鉛”從豁免列表中移除。
